ross-country running is a long-distance race around feild and farms .testing endurance and mental strength. In a 3 km cross-country series, runners compete in a marethon aiming to improve their speed, stamina, and consistency.
LO7:Recognize and consider the ethics of choices and action
By selecting cross country , I got to follow my ethical choices for health . Through participanting in cross country I got follow my choice of constant challenges to be faced to test my resistance and stamina . Which helps me generate and break future goals that i have set for my fitness level .
LO4:Show perseverance and commitment in CAS experience
After enrolling in cross country I was commited towards finishing the 3 km runs . My commitment and perservance was the only reason which helped me finish all 3 cross countries . before starting the cross country . I was commited and ran 3 km every day to have a best time that i can run .
LO2: Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process
Joining cross-country was one of the toughest challenges I’ve faced, pushing me beyond my physical and mental limits. At first, long-distance running felt impossible, but through consistent training and perseverance, I built endurance and learned to pace myself. Over time, I developed not only strength and stamina but also resilience and self-discipline, proving to myself that I could overcome any obstacle with dedication.
