I volunteer for Hindi Immersion as my CAS Experience as it demostrate on increasing your Hindi vocalbulary.The importance of Hindi Immersion was of learning new hindi words.So I had made Human Bingo for the students where they had go to the people who do all the things which were written on paper as prompts and had to take their signature on the paper itself.
LO1 – Identify own strengths and development areas for growth
I quickly recognized my areas for improvement.My way of speaking the instructions to the students in the event was not much precise as I was not speaking confidentally with them.However, I also discovered my strengths- such as finding as much easy prompts for Human Bingo so that the students can understand and cannot ask much questions about the prompts.So I did this thing perfect for giving easy prompts for Human Bingo.
LO3 – Initiate and plan a CAS experience
Planning and volunteering for Hindi Immersion event involved in communicating with the teacher regarding the needs which should be their in that game.I created a Human Bingo game for the students to develop and learn new words of Hindi.I also gave them instructions of the game which they had to follow while playing the game which would help them to finish the game and by saying BINGO.
LO5 – Demonstrate Skills and benefits working collaboratively.
The skills which I had applied working collaboratively with my partner was of using critical thinking skills as in this before volunteer I had to think about the prompts which I can include in Human Bingo game which could be easy for the students to read the prompt and complete the game.So I did search on internet by doing Google search for easy prompts so that the students can read the prompts and can also complete the game.The benefits working collaboratively with my partner was that even he was much helpful as he had also given me ideas regarding the prompts for Human Bingo game which also make my work somewhat easy for not going do deeply in searching for the prompts on the Internet.Other skills I had developed is research skills as I had to find the prompts from internet by looking into different sources which had helped me in research skills for getting the prompts for Human Bingo.

Conclusion-
After volunteering for the Hindi Immersion was an very enriching experienced as it helped me in developing new hindi words and also phrases which we can use in our day-to-day life.Though this volunteer event I was also able to learn something new hindi vocalbulary words which we can use in while framing sentences in Hindi also I had improved my communicating skills with students who were present there in the event by giving the instructions of Human Bingo game.Though the event I had also become much focused in learning new words and phrases.
