I participated in a school-level badminton tournament where students competed in singles and doubles matches. The event tested not only playing skills but also discipline and focus under competitive conditions. Although the tournament was brief, it was a meaningful way to engage in physical activity and sportsmanship.
LO1: Identify own strengths and develop areas for growth
Through this tournament, I recognized that agility and reflexes were some of my strengths in the game. At the same time, I realized I could improve my stamina and consistency during longer matches.
LO2: Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process
Facing opponents with stronger techniques pushed me to adapt my strategies. I learned to adjust my gameplay under pressure and gained experience in handling competitive situations more calmly.
LO5: Demonstrate the skills and recognize the benefits of working collaboratively
In doubles matches, coordination with a partner was essential. Clear communication and trust allowed us to perform better as a team, showing how collaboration enhances outcomes even in sports.
