I participated in Business Model Canvas Competition as my CAS experience. It talked about the common source of knowlede through which each department can add their unique input from their respective domains – business specially.So for that only my team had to take a business product and had to talk about it and also about each department which is there in the business.

LO1 – Identify own strengths and develop areas for growth

I quickly recognized my strength that was that I was able to give inputs regarding the points which were added in the Business Model Canvas and also I did gave inputs for some points to my group members to add it in the presentation which was made by us. The area for growth I have to developed while speaking infront of the people who were present in the competition.So I was not able to communicate my message to the people who were there and was little bit struggle while giving explanation.It is important for knowing strengths and weaknesses so then next time we can try to improve my weakness in a very better way.

LO5 – Demonstrate skills and benefits of working collaboratively

The skills which were used while working collaboratively with my group member was that first of all the communication and research skills were way best in my team as I was able to communicate with my group members who were there in my group as I know them already so it was easy for me to communicate.The research skills we as a group also did very well the points and the explanation was done very superb by all 3 of us as finding the points and presentation which suits best for the competition was also very well done by my our group.Also the work was not so difficult it was much easy to find sources and information from different secondary sources.The importance of teamwork or leadership in our group was as a team we had try to win the competition but unfortunenaly we couldn’t we had also try as much as points explanation to the people who were listening our presentation.

LO6 – Engagement with issues of global significance

The issues of global significance in our presentation was about Keep Your Cool so it was about the innovative solutions for commerical cooling rooms so globally the production development,installation maintainance and logistics can be global significance issue for our presentation as for adding this much of solars the product development would be positive impact here globally as the cost of the solar may be high or low depending on the country and also the instalation maintainance cost and the other costs could be much more.Now it does make my know about the global issue very well.The work which I had done in CAS activity had make a much proud to research about this global issue which is happening.
