I was a part of the G-12 farewell committee and was in the decor team. This creativity task of the CAS experience was really helpful for me to use all my creative and artistic skills and give my inputs in order to make the event a success. For my seniors, I used all my creative skills and talents like painting, writing, cutting and arts and crafts skills.

LO4 – Show perseverance and commitment in CAS experience: Through out the process of the experience, I was required to come for early ins for 2 months and complete all the decor work. I was highly committed and engrossed in completing the tasks on time. This helped me learn punctuality and commitment better.

LO5 – Demonstrate skills and benefits of working collaboratively: As I was in a team with around 10-15 members. I made sure I worked with my full efficiency and used my social skills appropriately. I listened to all of my group members and made sure that we work with no conflicts or arguments. I was constantly helping everyone in completing their tasks as well. We together made, cassettes, vinyl records, wall hangings and stage backdrops to enhance the look of the place where the event was getting held.
