The University Fair was an important event at our school, with universities from many countries visiting to meet students and parents. My main role was to manage the crowd, guide university representatives to their desks, and help visitors find specific universities. I also took on extra tasks like organizing desks and helping representatives. This experience required teamwork and dedication to make sure everything went smoothly.

LO4 – Show perseverance and commitment in CAS experience
During the University Fair, I stayed committed to my role despite the busy and fast-paced environment. Managing the crowd, guiding visitors, and taking on extra tasks helped me gain the experience of event management. There were moments when things became overwhelming, but I made sure to stay proactive and complete every task assigned to me. I contributed to the overall success of the event.

This event wouldn’t have been possible without a team effort. Working closely with others was important. I coordinated with my peers to organize desks, guide representatives, and assist visitors. This taught me the value of effective communication and teamwork. Overall, we supported each other and ensured that the event ran smoothly and efficiently.
