Being in garba fest in decor team gave me an opportunity to learn things an portray the creativity.Where I got to make the creative designs,like we decided to hang the cups for decoration and make photo booths and we also made the navratri 3D design.While doing this I got to know many things about the creating such things like it was something that was new for me so I learned it from my friends.

LO4: Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences

As there was too much of work and we have to do it in the given time as to able to decorate the area on time for the event.For which we had early in and pull outs and completed the work on time.Also there were times when the cut out that we did was not proper but reworked and completed it.

The event was an collaborative effort of everyone who was the part of the team like the OC and the decor team and working together makes the work easy and fast.Where while working on the decor everybody had different ideas and we heard everyone’s ideas and thoughts and chose the best one and everyone’s inputs made the event successful.The event improved my ability to manage time, work collaboratively, and communicate effectively.

We reused the resources and contributed in sustainability.

We were having an time frame in which we had to complete the planning and creating the decorative items and decorating the venue assigned orelse the event would not be that enjoyable.We than distributed the work, like whoever were good in arts they did the cutting of letters and some difficult things where else the others painted the cups, likewise the others were also given work.

Participating in the garba fest decor team was a wonderful experience that contributed to my skill development and personal growth. It enhanced my time management abilities, fostered teamwork, and improved my communication skills. The knowledge gained from this experience will aid me in facing future challenges, and I will always cherish the value of hard work.
