The one-day trek to Bhavar Kada Waterfalls was a developing experience and a learning opportunity.

Learning Outcome 1: Identifying Strengths and Developing Areas for Growth
As someone who does not enjoy athletic activities, I realized this as an area for growth and decided to take up the one-day trek experience. Through this new experience, I developed physical endurance and an ability to take up challenges.
Learning Outcome 2: Demonstrating Challenges and Developing New Skills
The trek was a series of challenges as exemplified by navigating the trek to the waterfall as a test of balance and agility. I had to consciously and alertly descend as well as ascend back up the trail and through this I developed new skills and an awareness of how to use my body in a controlled and mindful way.
Learning Outcome 4: Show perseverance and commitment in CAS experience
Unlike a short walk, the one-day trek was a continuous activity that demanded active engagement, as well as physical and mental efforts over several hours. The consistency in engagement even when I was faced with fatigue or the need to stop, exemplifies how i persevered and was committed throughout this experience.
Learning Outcome 5 – Demonstrate skills and benefits of working collaboratively
For this CAS experience, collaboration proved to be effective, as my peers and I helped each other out mainly while navigating the trek. When one fell, another helped them up and through collaboration and teamwork, everyone reached the waterfalls together.
Overall, this one-day trek to Bhavar Keda waterfalls was a profoundly enriching experience, proving to be an excellent start to pushing my physical boundaries and a great learning experience, for commitment and teamwork.
