One Day Trek to Bhavar Kada Waterfalls- Activity

When I signed up for this one-day trek, I expected it to be refreshing and enjoyable. However, it was a little tough, but with perseverance I learnt a lot. I gained valuable insights about myself.

LO1: Since I hadn’t done anything like this trek before, I was very underprepared and didn’t want to do it. I realized that I often underestimate the importance of preparation, both physically and mentally. This trek showed me that I need to be more realistic about my limits and plan better. If I would have expected and planned better, the trek would have been even more fun.

LO2: Even though it was hard, I wanted to finish the trek so I kept going even though it was challenging as I had never trekked in the rain and it made me realize I am more resilient than I thought. The sense of accomplishment, even if small, came from persevering through the difficulty.

LO4: Again, I whenever I felt like giving up I had to constantly remind myself not to get tired and keep going. This experience reinforced that perseverance isn’t about enjoying every moment, but about staying committed even when things are challenging.

LO5: Even people I wasn’t friends with helped me get through tougher parts of the trek along with my friends. We helped each other along the way through slippery and steep sections even though we were tired. Without each others support, it would have been difficult to complete the trek. It reminded me of the value of collaboration and how shared struggles can lead to strength.
