Creativity Strand: FS Got Talent
FS Got Talent was an exciting event that allowed students to showcase their diverse talents, whether through singing, playing instruments, dancing, or even setting up business stalls for cooking. As part of the organizing team, I was responsible for multiple tasks, including decor setup across various locations, ticket distribution, and ensuring smooth execution on the final day. This event was a true test of my ability to multitask and collaborate effectively while managing different responsibilities.
Learning Outcomes Achieved
LO1: Identifying own strengths and areas for growth
Through FS Got Talent, I realized that I have strong multitasking abilities and can manage multiple responsibilities under pressure. However, I also identified that my time management skills need improvement, as balancing different tasks simultaneously became overwhelming. Learning how to prioritize tasks more effectively would have made my workflow smoother and less stressful.

Managing an event of this scale while also juggling another major responsibility was a challenge that pushed me beyond my comfort zone. Additionally, being part of the FS Got Talent flash mob added a new challenge of memorizing and performing multiple dance routines flawlessly, which helped me develop discipline and perseverance.
