It’s easy to feel like giving up when faced with challenges. I encouraged myself to push through the tough moments, which made all the difference. During the session, I slightly burned my palm while frothing milk. While it was a painful reminder of the precision required in this craft, the experience taught me valuable lessons about perseverance and resilience. Rather than letting that setback discourage me, I found myself even more determined to learn and improve. Since the school already had its own designs, measurements, and ratios of each drink to represent on their menu, I was given the opportunity to showcase my creativity. In addition, I was able to understand their accounting processes and present my ideas to consumers. Furthermore, I improved my active listening skills, alertness, positive personality, and multitasking.
