FS Got Talent is a prestigious event held in our school where the students gather to celebrate their unique set of skills by taking part in a competition in various categories such as dance, singing, photography, painting and many others. I took part in organizing the event along with a team of 5 members, we initiated a plan, created an extended team, completed ideation and finally, executed the plan.

LO1: Identify own strengths and develop areas for growth
Through the project, I recognized my strengths in planning. I came up with a lot of creative ideas for the decor, flow of the event and arrangements of all the requirements for an event to go smoothly. I did face some problems in coordinating with the group after a certain period of time however, I chose to solve that immediately and along with embracing my glows, I also worked upon my grows.

LO2: Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process
We encountered a lot of challenges where the volunteers backed out in the middle of the process, we were finding trouble to manage time till the very end and the resources were also not available on time at certain moments. Even after encountering so many issues, we chose to find solutions to them while developing problem-solving skills in the journey.

LO3: Demonstrate how to initiate and plan a CAS experience 
The FS got talent involved meticulous planning from idea conception to execution. We as organizers chose to make sure all the steps we took were precise and aligned to out idea so that any problem which we face would be solved easily. From the very first day we started ideation and till the last day, we continued to work effortlessly. All the suggestions given by our volunteers were taken into consideration which made the event a greater success.

LO4: Show commitment and perseverance in CAS experiences
The project spanned for a month, requiring consistent effort and dedication. Though there were times I felt like giving up but instead, I motivated myself to keep going. The time and effort that went behind the entire execution of this event not only made it worth remembering but it also made me learn the necessity of commitment towards a task which made me continue my work.

LO5: Demonstrate the skills and recognize the benefits of working collaboratively 
Collaboration was key to organizing such a large-scale event, and every team member’s contribution was invaluable. We took everybody’s suggestions and tried to inculcate them in our plan. I believe that many people can make better outcomes because no matter what it is, from problem-solving to having more ideas, all can be gained while working in a team.

LO6: Engage with issues of global significance
The show promoted inclusivity and diversity providing opportunity for people to participate in several categories. The event marked as a celebration of art without discriminating between any artform which according to me is very important.

LO7: Recognise and consider the ethics of choices and actions
No matter what situation implies, ethics is the most important aspect to take of in it. We made sure that in the event we provided everybody with a fair and equal opportunity by not being biased toward any artform or students.
